Based on a solid, efficient, inclusive, and broad stakeholder engagement, we build out the Health System along 4 axes: 

• Data and Digitisation: provide connectivity, deploy digital tools where necessary, and integrate data flows.
• Community Integration: community guidance, engagement and management, along with infrastructure upgrades and quality improvement, in order to restore public faith in the health system.
• Pillar Integration: avoid duplication of efforts and resources by integrating programmes, projects and campaigns in the public health domain.
• Sector Integration: involve the private sector, civil society, NGOs and government, ensuring a broad buy-in and support for the health system.
